Responsibilities

– Design and manage compensation frameworks, including salary, bonus, and incentive plans
– Oversee employee benefits programs (insurance, retirement, wellness, work-life initiatives)
– Run annual salary and bonus reviews, including budgeting and data analysis
– Partner with regional and global reward teams to align with internal guidelines
– Support market benchmarking and compensation analysis
– Coordinate with external benefit providers and manage related agreements
– Ensure compliance with local labor and pay regulations
– Act as the point of contact for employee questions on compensation and benefits

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Business level English
– 3+ years HR experience in C&B/operations/payroll areas
– Strong communication skills
– Good PC skills
– Strong labor law knowledge
