Responsibilities

Report: Japan President and Global HR Director
Position: Standalone role

– Foster a culture where management and employees collaborate with HR.
– Partner with leadership to design and execute high-value people strategies.
– Build a world-class HR organization with top talent, policies, and culture.
– Ensure clear communication and compliance with all HR policies.
– Advise senior leadership on effective team-building and leadership strategies.
– Support succession planning, talent management, and workforce development.
– Strengthen talent acquisition and internal development efforts.
– Align HR initiatives with business goals and market trends.
– Identify and address risks to ensure successful HR strategy deployment.
– Scale HR functions to support business growth.
– Oversee HR operations and case management efficiently.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
– 8+ years relevant HR experience, including in managemetn level roles
– Business level English
– Generalist experience in HR across wide areas, including HR operations
– Ability to work independently and cover wide tasks as a playing manager
– Strong practical skills and ability to do actual daily HR tasks
– Strong communication skills
– Good labor law knowledge
