Responsibilities

This position is responsible for overseeing and aligning HR functions with business goals, including key areas such as recruitment, development, compliance, and culture. Focuses on maintaining effective HR practices and supporting a positive, performance-oriented work environment. The responsibilities are as follows:
– Plan and improve HR policies and programs in line with global and local strategies.
– Manage HR budget, forecasting, and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
– Lead efforts to boost employee engagement, support recruitment, and maintain a positive work culture.
– Oversee staff development, training, and performance appraisal processes.
– Collaborate with HQ and managers to align HR initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

– 10+ years or more of experience as a HR Generalist
– Solid knowledge of HR operations and labor law compliance
– Skilled in analysis, reporting, decision-making, and process improvement preferred
– Native Japanese; Business Level English preferred
