Responsibilities

Report: Regional HR Head (overseas) and Japan Country Manager
Team: Standalone position

Position will work covering wide duties of HR generalist duties including but not limited to:
– Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
– Oversee HR operations, including labor law compliance, employee records, and reporting.
– Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management to support talent and growth.
– Coordinate employee training, promote learning programs, and support development initiatives.

Qualifications

HR Generalist or Manger level candidates both welcome. Position, salary, and duties will be adjusted accordingly.

– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Business level English
– 3-5+ years (ideally more for manager level candidates) in HR field
– Experience in multinational companies
– Strong communication skills
– Good labor law knowledge
– Good PC skills
– Proactive and team player attitude
