Responsibilities

Reports to: HR Director
Team Structure: 8 members
Responsibilities include:
– Support HR Plans – Help create and follow HR strategies that match business goals.
– Manage HR Work – Handle daily HR tasks like hiring, training, and employee support.
– Develop People – Run programs to grow talent and support leaders.
– Improve Workplace Culture – Help create a positive and open work environment.
– Control Labor Costs – Work with other teams to manage staff and keep costs in check.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years in a similar HR role, preferably in an international setting
– Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
– Fluent in English; Japanese labor law and HR operations knowledge preferred
– Proven ability to coach others and build strong internal relationships
– Results-driven, team-oriented, with basic business and financial understanding
