Responsibilities

Reports to: HR Director
Team Structure: 4 members, 2 subordinates reporting to this role
Responsibilities include:
– Align HR with Business Goals – Develop and manage HR strategies and budgets to support company objectives.
– Partner with Leaders – Build strong relationships and advise managers on HR-related matters.
– Lead Talent & Performance – Drive talent development, succession planning, and performance management.
– Oversee Hiring & Branding – Manage recruitment across all levels and enhance employer branding.
– Develop & Coach Team – Support employee learning programs and provide leadership to the HR team.

Qualifications

– Approx. 7+ years working in HR, including roles as HR Business Partner or generalist, ideally in global or luxury companies.
– Bachelor’s degree and fluent in Japanese and English (French is a bonus).
– Good knowledge of HR tasks, local labor laws, and HR software.
– Strong communication and leadership skills to support and guide others.
– Able to solve problems, manage change, and work well with different cultures.
