Responsibilities

– Lead all HR processes including recruitment, talent management, payroll, and C&B administration.
– Manage employee communications, resolve staff issues, and promote company values.
– Oversee HR budget and reporting, conducting regular variance analysis with management.
– Ensure HR policies comply with local laws and coordinate with cluster HR on annual salary reviews.
– Monitor and administer compensation programs, benefits schemes, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

– Broad and versatile HR experience, with a strong track record in management or HR business partnering roles.
– Solid understanding of key HR areas including recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, diversity, performance management, and compliance with employment laws.
– Proven leadership skills, with experience guiding teams and delivering results.
– Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and cultures.
– Confident communicator in English, able to work seamlessly with global and local stakeholders.
