Responsibilities

Reports to: CHRO
Team Structure: 12 Members (Manage 2 people)
Responsibilities include:
– Strategic HR & Organizational Development – Aligning HR strategy with business goals, addressing organizational challenges, and strengthening HRBP functions.
– Labor Relations & Compliance – Managing labor risks, occupational health and safety, and designing employment rules and internal systems.
– Recruitment & Talent Development – Leading strategic hiring for both mid-career and new graduates, building training programs, and driving next-generation leader development.
– Evaluation & Compensation – Designing and reviewing grading, evaluation, and compensation systems, with a focus on motivation and retention.
– Workplace Innovation – Promoting work style reform and optimizing the work environment to support engagement and performance.
– Leadership & Team Management – Overseeing HR departments, developing members, and fostering strong, high-performing teams.

Qualifications

– 10+ yrs HR across labor, recruitment, systems
– English proficiency for global HQ communication
– HR team management & executive collaboration
– HRBP, restructuring & transformation experience
– Listed/global company background; retail preferred
