Responsibilities

– Understand the company’s business goals to offer helpful HR advice and solutions
– Manage HR systems such as performance reviews, pay, and promotions
– Handle labor matters such as work rules, time tracking, social insurance, and legal compliance
– Plan and run employee training and development programs
– Review employee survey results and take action to improve satisfaction
– Oversee hiring of full-time employees and temporary staff
– Manage HR data and prepare regular reports
– Provide HR reports and strategic suggestions to the Managing Director and headquarters
– Review and edit documents requested by headquarters
– Support other general HR tasks as needed

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Business level English
– 8-10+ years HR experience across wide areas
– Experience communicating with senior stakeholders
– Experience in multinational companies preferred
– Strong communication skills
– Good PC skills
– Strong labor law knowledge
