■レポートライン・チーム体制
レポート先はAPAC HRディレクターで、国内へのドットラインはありません。APAC HR BPチームの一員として、海外本社と連携しながら国内のHR戦略を推進していただきます。

■本ポジションについて
個人プレイヤーとしてのポジションになりますが、L&D、採用、報酬・福利厚生、HRオペレーションなど、APACの各専門チーム（COE）からのサポートも受けられます。給与関連はファイナンス部門が担当しているため、HR BPとしてのコア業務に専念しつつ、日本組織全体でのCOEとの連携・調整にも関わっていただきます。

Responsibilities

– Serve as a key HR partner to Japan leadership, shaping people strategies for a 250-employee workforce.
– Lead talent initiatives including workforce planning, succession, and capability building to support business growth.
– Guide leadership development, drive organizational change, and manage integration efforts during M&A activities.
– Work closely with global HR and cross-regional teams to align on company-wide priorities and programs.
– Ensure adherence to Japanese labor regulations while advising on employee relations and workplace issues.
– Promote a strong workplace culture through engagement strategies, internal communications, and action planning.
– Manage core HR operations such as performance cycles, compensation reviews, payroll, and incentive programs.
– Support hiring and onboarding processes, oversee vendor payments, and provide HR translation support as needed; occasional domestic travel required.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Business level English
– 10+ years relevant HR experience
– Strong communication skills
– Good PC / IT skills
– Strong labor law knowledge
– Good soft skills
