Mission & Responsibilities

As the HR Department Leader, you will play a central role in partnering with management to strengthen organizational performance and employee engagement. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys driving cultural improvement, building effective HR systems, and supporting business growth through people strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
– Strategic HR Leadership: Oversee all HR operations and partner with management to align people strategy with business goals.
– Culture & Engagement: Identify workplace challenges, improve employee motivation, and foster a positive, inclusive culture.
– HR Systems & Planning: Design and implement effective HR frameworks, including evaluation, benefits, and mid-to-long-term HR strategies.
– Labor Relations & Compliance: Build trusted labor-management relations and ensure smooth communication between employees and leadership.
– Organizational Development: Lead initiatives to enhance talent management, strengthen organizational capabilities, and support sustainable business expansion.

Qualifications

– HR Leadership: 5–7+ years in HR/labor, 3+ years in management, strong HR system and labor law knowledge.
– Strategic Planning: Skilled in HR strategy, PDCA cycles, and system development.
– Bilingual: Native Japanese and business-level English.
– Collaborative: Able to influence and work with executives and cross-functional teams.
– Agile: Flexible, fast-moving, and strong in motivating and leading others.
