■チーム構成とレポートラインについて

Responsibilities

– Partner strategically with the Japan Managing Director to drive business growth and organizational effectiveness
– Lead organizational transformation initiatives to optimize structure and processes
– Develop and implement comprehensive people strategies aligned with business objectives
– Oversee and mentor the HR team across multiple locations
– Elevate the HR function from operational to strategic business partner
– Assess organizational capabilities and implement improvement plans
– Drive employee engagement initiatives, particularly for manufacturing staff
– Manage end-to-end HR functions including talent acquisition, development, and retention
– Travel monthly to manufacturing site to maintain strong relationships

Qualifications

– 10+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3–5 years in an HR leadership role
– Experience as a Country HR Head or similar senior HR position
– Strong business partnering skills with demonstrated ability to influence leadership
– Experience leading organizational transformation or change management initiatives
– Experience working with both Japanese and international business leaders
– Strategic mindset balanced with hands-on execution capabilities
– Excellent communication skills
– Business level English
– Bachelor’s degree or higher
