Responsibilities

Team: 10+ members in team
Position will manage all HR and administration duties for the company’s Kansai based location as both a business partner and operations manager.

– Work as a business partner, provide advice and consulting to senior management
– Lead engagement initiatives and act as a bridge between employees and management
– Lead organizational development initiatives
– Lead change management initiatives
– Oversee HR operations for assigned business unit
– Manage recruitment strategy and operations (through staff)
– Manage C&B strategy and HR planning (with staff)
– Labor management
– Talent management and development
– Overseas reporting
– HR budget management
– General affairs duties
– Other duties as required

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Business level English
– 10+ years relevant HR experience
– Experience managing teams (people management experience)
– Experience in manufacturing industry companies as HR preferred
– Experience in both HR business partnering and HR operations preferred
– Experience with GA in addition to HR preferred
– Strong communication skills
– Good PC skills
– Strong labor law knowledge
