Responsibilities

– Advise managers on employee relations, labour law, and HR policy from hiring to exit.
– Support workforce planning, recruitment, redundancies, and restructures.
– Manage salary reviews, bonuses, and benefits in line with local laws and company policy.
– Coordinate training and development to boost employee skills and business performance.
– Drive key HR processes including appraisals, engagement surveys, and succession planning.
– Maintain accurate HR data in HRIS system and ensure payroll compliance.
– Foster a positive work culture, manage performance issues, and handle employee concerns.
– Partner with regional leadership to support business transformation and promote safety standards.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Business level English
– 8+ years relevant HR experience
– Experience across wide areas of HR as a generalist
– Strong communication skills
– Good PC skills
– Strong labor law knowledge
