Responsibilities

– Lead payroll and benefits operations with external vendors
– Maintain data accuracy and integrity within Workday
– Execute salary review and incentive cycles smoothly and on time
– Manage HR operations across the complete employee journey
– Act as a trusted advisor on HR policies and employee matters
– Streamline recruitment processes with stakeholders and agencies
– Play a key role in driving HR projects and improvements
– Provide flexible support across HR functions as needed

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Business level English
– 5+ years HR experience, ideally as a generalist
– Solid experience and knowledge of HR operations
– Strong communication skills
– Good PC skills
– Ability to multi-task
– Strong labor law knowledge
