■レポートライン／組織体制
レポート先はリージョナルHRヘッドおよび日本法人社長になります。また、日本におけるエグゼクティブチームの一員として、経営に近い立場で意思決定に関与いただきます。複数のマネージャーを直接の部下として持ちながら、中規模～やや大規模なHRチームを統括いただく予定です。

勤務地は東京都心部の主要エリアに位置しており、大手企業が集まる利便性の高いロケーションです。アクセスも良好で、働きやすい環境が整っています。

Responsibilities

– HR Strategy & Business Partnership
Lead Japan HR strategy aligned with regional/global HQ, serving as senior HR advisor to leadership and a key voice on people strategy.
– Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Oversee recruitment for white-collar and manufacturing roles, including agency/RPO management, and drive workforce and succession planning.
– Compensation & Benefits
Manage Japan’s total rewards, including salary benchmarking, incentives, and benefits, ensuring alignment with global frameworks and local competitiveness.
– Labor Relations & Compliance
Manage union relations and labor consultations, ensuring compliance with Japanese labor laws, work-style reforms, and manufacturing requirements.
– Learning, Development & Performance Management
Lead performance management, manager development, and L&D across technical and leadership areas, partnering with HQ on talent reviews.
– Employee Relations & Engagement
Oversee employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary processes, engagement initiatives, and DEI, aligning global values with local culture.
– General Affairs (GA) Oversight
Supervise GA functions including facilities, housing, insurance, vendor contracts, filings, and site administration support.
– HR Operations, Systems & Reporting
Oversee HR operations, HRIS data integrity, reporting, budget, and management of the HR & GA team.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Business level English
– 10-15+ years of relevant HR experience
– Experience in HR leadership roles (management positions)
– Experience with managing teams
– Experience covering mid-size organizations as manager / BP
– Strong communication skills
– Strong adaptability
– Good stakeholder management skills
