Responsibilities

Report: General Manager of Japan
Team: 2 staff in the HR team

– Lead and manage all strategic and operational HR activities as well as enhance business performance and compliance.
– Provide strategic HR advice to leadership and support strategic decision-making and organizational effectiveness.
– Lead workplace safety initiatives to prevent incidents, manage injuries, and ensure compliance with legislation and best practice.
– Develop and implement initiatives to improve organizational culture and employee engagement.
– Collaborate with Global stakeholders to implement group-wide initiatives, policies and programs.

Qualifications

– 8+ years of experience in senior HR leadership roles within an international environment.
– Demonstrated experience leading and implementing organizational change and transformation initiatives.
– Broad and deep knowledge of HR management, employment legislation, policies, and best practice.
– Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams and senior leaders.
– Strong business and commercial acumen with the ability to influence at Senior Leadership level.
– Highly developed communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
– Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capability.
– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Business level English
