Responsibilities

This role offers strong visibility and influence—working directly with senior leaders while shaping the people agenda across Japan.

Your impact:
– Represent Japan in regional and global HR discussions
– Align HR strategy across multiple business units
– Lead transformation and challenge outdated ways of working
– Manage and develop a high-performing HR team
– Own end-to-end HR responsibilities for the business unit
– Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership
– Turn business priorities into actionable people strategies

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Business level English
– 10+ years HR experience, including 5+ years in leadership positions
– Experience with people management
– Strong stakeholder management experience with senior leadership
– Sound judgment and confident decision-making ability
– Comfortable working in a matrix and dual-reporting environment
– Resilient and adaptable in a fast-changing environment
– Growth mindset with strong learning agility
