■レポートライン／チーム体制
日本法人社長および欧州本社のGlobal HR Headへのダイレクトレポートとなります（APACを介さず日本から欧州本社へ直接レポート）。あわせて、3名のHR/GAチームメンバーのマネジメントをご担当いただきます。

Responsibilities

Join a global organization as the HR GA Manager for Japan, acting as a trusted advisor to leadership and driving key people initiatives. This role offers strong exposure to senior stakeholders, involvement in international HR projects, and the opportunity to shape recruitment and talent development in a growing business.

Responsibilities

– Act as the first point of contact for management on all HR matters in Japan
– Advise leadership on strategic and operational HR topics (recruitment, development, succession, compensation, labor law)
– Support and implement local HR strategy aligned with global business objectives
– Partner with global HR Business Partners on international and cross-functional projects
– Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (Recruiting, L&D, Compensation, HR Operations, HR Marketing)
– Bridge local business needs with regional and global HR teams
– Lead workshops and facilitate complex people discussions when required
– Drive key HR priorities in Japan, with a focus on hiring and talent development

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Business level English
– 7-10 years related HR experience
– Experience with people management
– Strong communication skills
– Good PC skills
– Strong labor law knowledge
