Qualifications

Experience
– Over 10 years of broad HR experience (talent, development, labor relations, organization design)
– Strong record of leading HR strategy at a senior level
– 5+ years of people leadership experience
– Background in international or matrix-style organizations

Skills

– Strong leadership and influencing abilities
– Able to make decisions using data
– Solid knowledge of labor laws and HR operations
– Professional-level English
