■Head of HRへのキャリアパス
現在のAPAC HR Directorはアジア全体の責任を担う予定のため、将来的にはHR Manager（本ポジション）が日本法人のHead of HRを引き継ぐことが期待されています。経験豊富な上司のもとで学びながら、人事リーダーとしてのキャリアアップを目指せるポジションです。

■レポートライン／チーム体制
HR Directorへのレポートラインとなり、2名のスタッフをマネジメントしていただきます。マネージャーを含む4名のHRチームの一員として、チームメンバーと協力しながら幅広い人事業務に携わっていただきます。

Responsibilities

Position title: HR Manager
Reports to: HR Director
Team structure: This role is part of a team of 4 and reports to a HR Director in Japan

Key Responsibilities:
– Talent Development: Provide learning platforms focused on commercial capability, manager capability, and change management.
– Talent Acquisition: Build the company’s employer brand and attract top talent.
– HR Operations: Oversee payroll/HRIS support staff; improve HR processes and systems.
– Employee Relations: Resolve workplace disputes, harassment claims, and compliance issues fairly and promptly.
– Manager Support & Mediation: Coach managers on performance, conflict resolution, and engagement; mediate workplace disputes.
– Employee Experience & Wellbeing: Run wellness programs and engagement initiatives to boost retention and satisfaction.
– DEI & Community Engagement: Support inclusion initiatives and community involvement activities.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
– 5+ years HR experience with a focus on talent management
– 3+ years people management experience
– Strong knowledge of employment law
– Proven experience coaching managers and handling employee relations
– Familiarity with HR systems
