Responsibilities

Reports to: HR BP Manager
Team Structure: 2 member team

This role drives hiring to support the company`s growth, recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations. It ensures smooth employee transitions, enhances workplace efficiency, and strengthens talent management while boosting employer branding. The responsibilities include:

– Mid-career recruitment – Strategy planning, execution, agency management
– Temporary staff hiring & management – Selection, contracts, issue resolution
– Organizational management – Structure updates, reporting lines, inquiry lists
– Onboarding & orientation – Program planning, execution, probation review
– Recruitment efficiency & branding – Channel evaluation,employer PR activities
– HR projects & additional duties – Company initiatives, HR-related projects

Qualifications

– Recruitment experience – 3+ years, preferably in retail or FMCG
– Technical skills – Excel (VLOOKUP, etc.), PowerPoint presentations
– Native Japanese, English proficiency – Daily conversation required, business level preferred
– Analytical abilities – Logical thinking, problem-solving skills
– HR experience (preferred) – HRBP roles in corporate environments
