レポート先は日本のHRディレクターで、マネジメント業務なしの実務担当になります。

Responsibilities

Position will be assigned as an HR BP for certain business units and will work as a strategic expert to help the business achieve its goals.

– Strategic HR Execution: Drives and implements the business unit’s HR strategy, focusing on talent management, engagement, retention, and employee relations to enhance overall workforce performance.
– Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partners with managers, directors, senior HR leaders, and subject matter experts to align HR initiatives with business goals, ensuring consistent support and execution.
– Consultation & Coaching: Acts as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing guidance on HR issues, change management, performance, and organizational development.
– HR Operations & Compliance: Applies policy expertise and compliance knowledge to mitigate risk, promote consistency, and improve organizational outcomes using best practices.
– Analytical & Insight-Driven: Interprets HR data, identifies trends, and recommends solutions to improve engagement, culture, and operational effectiveness.
– Leadership & Culture Impact: Supports a high-performance culture by implementing programs that address leadership development, change management, and employee engagement.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Business level English
– Experience: 8+ years in HR, with experience supporting multiple functions and leaders.
– Skills: Strong in communication, relationship-building, and conflict resolution.
– Strengths: Skilled in project execution, change management, and strategic thinking.
– Collaboration: Experience and ability working well across all levels and with cross-functional teams.
– Medical device or pharma/healthcare industry experience a plus!
