Responsibilities

Reports to: HR Director
Team Structure: 12 Members (Manage 1 Assistant Manager)
Responsibilities include:
– Personnel system planning, design, and implementation
– Labor law compliance, monitoring, and framework development
– Labor management and resolution of workplace issues
– Work rules, regulations, and labor management training
– Safety, health, and crisis management systems

Qualifications

– Leadership in HR system planning, design, and implementation
– Expertise in labor law, labor management, and safety & health
– Experience establishing and operating crisis management systems
– Strong English communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
– High ethical standards with commitment to compliance
