レポート先はAPACのRegional HR Managerで、Individual Contributorとして業務をご担当いただきます。海外拠点とのコミュニケーションが多いポジションです！

Responsibilities

– Act as the strategic HR partner to the business, translating business goals into clear HR priorities and action plans.
– Partner with leadership and Hub HR to implement people strategy across culture, organization, and workforce planning.
– Advise and coach managers on HR strategy, employee relations, performance management, and organizational matters.
– Lead and execute core HR processes including workforce planning, succession planning, talent management, compensation, and restructuring initiatives.
– Support hiring and employee development initiatives to ensure the right capabilities are in place.
– Drive change management and organizational transformation initiatives in collaboration with the wider HR network.
– Serve as the day-to-day HR contact for employees, managing welfare, counseling, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
– Ensure compliance with internal policies, local regulations, and corporate guidelines while promoting a culture of integrity and safety.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Business level English
– 8-10+ years HR experience including HR BP experience or HR Management experience
– Proven experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and challenge senior leaders when needed.
– Experience in employee relations, performance management, talent development, and HR operations preferred
– Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to translate business strategy into practical HR solutions.
– Excellent communication skills, intercultural awareness, and a collaborative, hands-on approach.
