Responsibilities

– Plan and execute talent and organizational strategies based on the strategies and challenges of each business unit
– Develop and implement recruitment plans aligned with business strategy
– Provide HR-related consultation to business units
– Develop and manage HR systems

Qualifications

– 3+ years of related HR Experience
– Intermediate English (TOEIC 650) and Native Japanese

– HR experience in the manufacturing industry
– Experience planning and executing HR strategies and recruitment plans
– Experience in operating and managing HR systems
– Experience in company-wide workforce planning, management, and analysis
– Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
