Responsibilities

Position: HR Business Partner
Report: Country Head of HR

– Collaborate with the HR Head on organizational changes and provide guidance on employment relations, including handling employee inquiries and grievances.
– Partner with the Talent Acquisition team on recruitment and manage new employee onboarding and performance reviews.
– Coordinate staff recognition awards and manage remuneration processes.
– Maintain HR systems, update policies, and administer training programs.
– Update the Occupational Health & Safety management plan and manage workplace injury reports and claims.
– Support the Senior HR Manager in overseeing the general affairs department.
– Maintain professional relationships across departments.
– Identify areas for continuous improvement.
– Ensure health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Business level English
– 6+ years HR experience including HR BP or related experience
– Strong communication skills
– Good PC skills
– Strong labor law knowledge
