Responsibilities

Report: HR Director
Team: 3 members in team
(no staff management duties required for this role)

HR Operations & Employee Support
– Handle employee inquiries and provide official notifications for HR processes
– Conduct employee programs, including orientations, long-service awards, and engagement sessions.

Compensation & Benefits
– Oversee salary adjustments, bonuses, pension plans, retirement benefits, insurance, and company housing.
– Manage payroll, tax processing, and leave administration (PTO).

Regulatory & Compliance
– Administer social insurance, governmental reports, My Number documentation, and labor rule revisions.
– Facilitate employee representative meetings and support the selection process.

HR Systems & Vendor Management
– Maintain HR systems, shared folders, and manage outsourcing partnerships.

Workplace Health & Safety
– Coordinate workplace health initiatives, stress checks, physician industrial communication, and work-related accident procedures.
– Oversee health committee operations, medical exams, and compliance with labor standards.

Reporting & Documentation
– Prepare reports and certifications requested by headquarters, government agencies, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Business level English
– 5+ years relevant HR experience including in C&B areas
– Strong communication skills
– Good PC skills
– Strong labor law knowledge
