Responsibilities

Report: Head of HR
Team: Managing 2-3 staff
– Manage organizational changes and employee transfers
– Support long-term planning, including succession and retention strategies
– Run performance evaluations and ensure timely feedback, salary adjustments, and bonus calculations
– Plan and oversee promotions, demotions, and salary reviews based on performance and market trends
– Update and refine compensation systems to stay competitive in talent acquisition and retention
– Adjust HR policies to align with changing labor laws and employment practices

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Business level English
– 7+ years HR experience related to job description (HR planning related)
– Ability to plan and shape ideas into action plans
– Ability to implement plans after discussion
– Good data analysis / management skills
– Good teamwork ability
– Strong communication skills
– Good PC skills
– Strong labor law knowledge
