Responsibilities

Reports to: HR Director
Team Structure: 4 members

Responsibilities include:
– Manage payroll, annual bonuses, tax adjustments, and social insurance processes.
– Oversee attendance, leave, and overtime compliance with labor laws.
– Support the full employee life cycle, including retirement processes.
– Lead employee financial benefit initiatives and labor–management agreements.
– Improve payroll efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

– 5+ years’ payroll experience in a mid-size business.
– Strong knowledge of compensation, payroll, labor law, insurance, and tax regulations.
– Skilled in attendance management, social/labor insurance, and 401K administration.
– Proven ability to partner with stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.
– Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills and focus on accuracy.
