Responsibilities

– Manage recruitment and internships for students (bachelor/master level)
– Represent HR at career fairs
– Act as main HR contact for employees
– Coordinate onboarding and organize welcome events
– Conduct and process exit interviews
– Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (e.g., PeopleSoft)
– Manage timecards, working rules, and related documentation
– Prepare headcount and HR KPI reports with Controlling
– Maintain training plans, records, and support global/local training initiatives
– Update contracts and HR letters in line with legal requirements
– Participate in global HR projects to standardize processes
– Operate various HR systems (Taleo, Performance Mgmt, Compliance, etc.)
– Support employee satisfaction and engagement initiatives
– Provide HR support to local and global management

Qualifications

Less experienced but potential candidates welcome and senior/more experienced candidates also welcome.
– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Business level English
– 3-5+ years HR experience
– Strong communication skills
– Good PC skills
– Strong labor law knowledge
