Responsibilities

Summary:
Dynamic HR role overseeing the full spectrum of HR and administrative operations, from compensation and talent development to employee relations and EHS compliance. Ideal for professionals seeking to drive strategic HR initiatives in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
– Compensation & Benefits:
Manage payroll, bonuses, and social security; conduct market benchmarks; design and implement competitive salary structures and employee benefits in line with local regulations.

– HR Operations & Policy:
Oversee daily HR & Admin functions; draft and update HR policies; continuously improve HR workflows to align with business needs.

– Performance & Talent Management:
Advise leadership on performance supervision; implement reward and disciplinary systems; lead performance evaluations and succession planning initiatives.

– Training & Development:
Develop training procedures and budgets; identify training needs; coordinate external providers and internal training programs to support employee growth.

– Employee Relations & Compliance:
Foster a positive work environment; handle conflicts; organize team-building activities; manage labor contracts and support visa/work permit processes; liaise with government agencies.

– EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) Support:
Ensure compliance with global EHS standards; promote employee safety, regulatory adherence, and sustainable business operations.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Business level English
– 5+ years relevant HR experience
– Strong communication skills
– Good PC skills
– Good understanding of HR policies, labor laws, HR trends
– Team player, trustworthy
