Responsibilities

– Manage end-to-end employee life cycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and work permit coordination, in partnership with HR and business teams.
– Ensure HR operations align with local regulations and company policies, maintaining updated SOPs and documentation for audit readiness.
– Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and monitor data quality and compliance, including GDPR governance.
– Oversee payroll and benefits administration, coordinating with external vendors to ensure timely and accurate processing.
– Support health, safety, and welfare programs such as annual health checks, stress assessments, and employee benefits.
– Assist with talent development activities, including onboarding, training, performance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives.
– Provide HR service support to employees and managers with a strong customer-oriented approach, resolving queries and issues promptly.
– Collaborate with global and regional HR teams to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement in HR services.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Business level English
– 3-5+ years relevant HR experience
– Strong communication skills
– Good PC skills
– Strong labor law knowledge
– Experience in manufacturing / industrial industries preferred!
