Responsibilities

– Manage end-to-end payroll operations including monthly processing, salary revisions, and expat compensation.
– Oversee time and attendance systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
– Administer bonus schemes including sales commissions and incentive programs.
– Handle statutory processes: resident tax, labor/social insurance, year-end tax adjustment, and defined contribution pension.
– Ensure compliance with labor laws, company rules, and manage audits and employment contracts.
– Coordinate onboarding/offboarding, internal transfers, and support global mobility for expats.
– Resolve employee relations issues and support HR policy execution.
– Liaise with global teams on reporting, expat support, and SAP (SuccessFactors) processes.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Business level English
– 8-10+ years of HR experience
– Experience with payroll, C&B, and/or HR operations
– Strong communication skills
– Good PC skills
– Strong labor law knowledge
