Responsibilities

– Manage full-cycle recruitment—sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing top talent across departments
– Work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and shape hiring strategies that deliver results
– Build strong talent pipelines using proactive sourcing and outreach techniques
– Ensure a smooth, high-quality candidate experience from first contact to final offer
– Use hiring data and market insights to improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire metrics
– Oversee onboarding to ensure new hires hit the ground running
– Support learning & development initiatives—help coordinate training sessions, track attendance, and follow up on feedback
– Contribute to career development and performance processes by identifying skills gaps and training needs

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Business level English
– 5+ years relevant HR experience
– Strong communication skills
– Good PC skills
– Ability to work autonomously
– Proactive mindset
