Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition
– Be responsible for recruiting process for regular, fixed term, temporary employees
– Review, update, and visualize the process to be more modern and effective/efficient

Onboarding
– Update onboarding process, induction training in regular basis based on feedback from new joiners
– Collaborate with other functions to wider cover of induction training to provide better experience.

HR Operations
– Cover all employee-life cycle agenda such as onboarding, offboarding, contract renewal of fixed term employees and temporary employees, housing/company car management etc.,
– Analysis of HR related data such as salary, performance evaluation, turnover, etc.,
– Digitalize the process to be more efficient and modern HR
– Be cautious to labour law and internal work rule, always be prepared to answered the questions and consultation from employees

HRBP
– Support GM and HR Manager on succession planning and organization development by providing the valuable insights through daily communication and view with the business functions

GA and admin
– Handle office admin work such as payment, mails delivery, manage office supplies
– Manage vendors of office supply, security guard, lunch box, car lease and other office related
– Support GM and HR Manager for the logistics of townhall meeting, visitor from global team

Qualifications

– 5+ years of HR experience
– Good labor law knowledge
– Business English and Native Japanese
– Bachelors Degree
