Responsibilities

– Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
– Handle attendance management, payroll coordination, and social insurance procedures.
– Oversee probation reviews, employment contract renewals, and support the annual performance management cycle.
– Strengthen employee engagement
– Facilitate effective internal communication
– Lead talent development programs, including training needs analysis, program design, implementation, evaluation, and tracking.
– Address workforce challenges and provide practical HR solutions.
– Handle general administrative tasks
– Serve as a backup for accounting tasks when required.
– Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Business level English and Native Japanese
– 3+ years of HR experience
– Experience in payroll and social insurance is highly preferred.
