Responsibilities

– Support and contribute to global Talent Development strategy, projects, and framework deployment
– Partner with global and regional HR teams to implement leadership and people development initiatives
– Consult with business leaders and HRBPs to identify skill gaps and translate them into targeted learning solutions
– Design and deliver impactful learning programs aligned with business priorities
– Conduct development needs analysis and provide ongoing people development consultancy
– Ensure compliance with global training policies and represent the function during audits
– Manage relationships with external training providers and source relevant learning solutions
– Drive a strong learning culture through modern learning formats, informal learning events, and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Business level English
– 3+ years relevant expereince in talent development related roles
– Strong communication skills and ability to articulate ideas clearly and visually to different stakeholders
– Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
– Good PC skills
– Ability to work indepdendently
