Responsibilities

– Support the creation of reports and presentations to monitor and manage demand forecasts.
– Collaborate closely within the Demand Planning team to maintain efficient operations.
– Liaise with departments like Logistics, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to synchronize forecasts and plans.
– Develop monthly forecasts for training materials, samples, and testers.
– Oversee the forecasting of packaging materials, including wrapping and boxes.
– Assist in supply planning to ensure inventory aligns with demand.

Qualifications

– Proficiency in English (oral and written).
– Business-level Japanese (N1 level or higher).
– Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
– Strong financial understanding and data analysis skills.
– Experience in demand planning
