Responsibilities

– Report to Logistics Manager
– Collaborate with logistics partners and internal teams to manage and track all inbound and outbound shipments.
– Handle regulatory compliance related to transportation, including customs clearance, hazardous materials handling, and environmental requirements, as well as processing damage claims.
– Leverage specialized transportation solutions as needed to ensure secure and customer-focused delivery
– Support warehouse operations such as inventory audits, disposal of obsolete materials, and root cause analysis of stock discrepancies.
– Implement stock rotation practices to minimize product expiration or waste.
– Verify and reconcile logistics-related costs.
– Perform additional supply chain activities as assigned.

Qualifications

– Native in Japanese
– Business level in English (TOEIC score 700+)
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Effective communication and relationship management across functions.
– Structured thinker with a process-oriented and end-to-end perspective.
– Solid understanding of ERP
– Capable of clear communication across all organizational levels; proficiency in English is beneficial.
