Responsibilities

– Report to Global SCM Director
– Oversee and manage end-to-end supply chain operations, from procurement to final delivery, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
– Participate in S&OP and lead strategic inventory management in coordination with global supply chain and finance teams to support organizational goals.
– Analyze sales forecasts to proactively identify inventory risks and opportunities, and take appropriate actions to optimize planning.
– Maintain accurate and timely supply chain data within ERP systems, ensuring alignment with operational workflows.
– Serve as a subject matter expert during ERP system implementations, supporting system setup and process integration.
Manage customs clearance processes and oversee handling of in-transit damage, including insurance claims.

Qualifications

– Highly customer-oriented, with a strong ability to build and maintain trust-based relationships.
– Capable of balancing strategic thinking with attention to detail for effective operational execution.
– Strong analytical abilities
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both in Japanese and English
– Proficient in Microsoft Office tool skills is a plus.
– Experienced in working with ERP and warehouse management systems (WMS); advanced proficiency preferred.
– Self-driven and proactive, with a strong willingness to learn and a passion for innovation and creative problem-solving.
