Responsibilities

– Report to Logistics Manager
– Evaluate inventory needs and generate accurate forecasts to ensure optimal stock levels.
– Manage product availability while minimizing excess inventory, including coordination of product transitions
– Oversee the movement and allocation of inventory across various distribution points.
– Proactively identify and address supply limitations, keeping relevant stakeholders informed.
– Lead initiatives to optimize inventory across multiple channels, including warehouses, retail locations, mobile service units, and other inventory-managed areas.
– Help define and maintain planning parameters for demand and supply processes.
– Provide support on broader supply chain activities as needed.

Qualifications

– Native in Japanese
– Business level in English (TOEIC score 700+)
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Effective communication and relationship management across functions.
– Structured thinker with a process-oriented and end-to-end perspective.
– Solid understanding of ERP
– Capable of clear communication across all organizational levels; proficiency in English is beneficial.
