Responsibilities

– Lead monthly sales forecasting for assigned categories, working closely with Merchandising and Supply Chain.
– Ensure accurate demand planning to support production and inventory availability.
– Oversee forecast reviews across other categories and guide planning team.
– Align logistics and stock allocation with forecast and retail plans.
– Coordinate OTB and business planning with cross-functional teams.
– Support buying sessions with data insights.
– Define KPIs, optimize planning processes, and lead improvement initiatives.
– Train team members and contribute to key planning projects.
– Drive and manage the S&OP process, including data analysis and monthly meetings.

Qualifications

– Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a comparable role.
– Proven ability to work cross-functionally and across all levels of an organization.
– Strong proficiency in Excel and general IT skills.
– Background in fashion or consumer retail is preferred.
– Bilingual fluency in English and Japanese.
