Responsibilities

Report: Demand/Supply Planning Manager

– Manage stock in warehouses
– Set the right safety stock and service levels together with demand planners.
– Work with other teams to avoid too much or too little stock.
– Create and check purchase orders and product data to keep information accurate.
– Compare actual stock levels with targets and fix problems quickly.
– Make sure supply processes follow global rules and improve them with suppliers.
– Look for better ways of working and suggest improvements.

Qualifications

– 3+ years of work experience, ideally in a global company
– Able to manage deadlines and set the right priorities
– Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
– Good business understanding with strong analytical ability
– Careful and detail-oriented
– Knowledge of inventory management practices
– Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus
– Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and planning tools
– Business-level English and Japanese
