Responsibilities

– Demand Planning & Inventory Management
– Collaborate with internal teams and global partners to forecast demand and manage inventory effectively.
– Propose optimal monthly buy quantities and monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or excess.
– Analyze sales trends and market data to improve planning accuracy.
– Track supply chain KPIs and lead process improvements.
– Create reports to support executive decision-making and lead monthly planning meetings.
– Act as SME for new tool implementation in the IBP process.
– Supply Chain Cost & Communication
– Manage logistics costs and produce monthly budget vs. actual reports.
– Identify and implement cost optimization strategies.
– Strong leadership and communication skills across functions.

Qualifications

– Experience in demand planning, procurement, logistics (3PL, inbound/outbound), operations, or merchandising.
– IT proficiency (ERP, PLM, SCM tools) and project management experience.
– Basic finance knowledge.
– Interest in sustainability, CSR, or volunteering is a plus.
