Responsibilities

-Manage ordering and supply arrangements for required tire size labels
-Monitor and report supply status regularly
-Ensure alignment with:
-S&OP and S&OE processes
-Demand/Supply plans
-OE (Original Equipment) requirements
-Handle import-related documentation
-Coordinate customs clearance processes
-Manage tax bonds and deposits
-Oversee insurance for imported goods
-Plan inventory in alignment with service levels and inventory targets
-Allocate inventory across distribution centers to minimize out-of-area shipments
-Lead process improvements to enhance productivity and operational efficiency
-Drive digital transformation (DX), transitioning from offline Excel-based forecasting to digital methods
-Collaborate with AP Supply Chain teams to implement advanced forecasting and planning tools

Qualifications

-5+ years of experience in Supply Chain operations
-3+ years of experience in Supply Planning and Demand Planning
-3+ years of experience in importation/exportation processes
-University degree
-Business-level Japanese
-Business-level English
-Experience with industrial products and production processes
-Distribution, logistics, and supply chain management knowledge
-Import/export trade regulations knowledge
-Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) experience
-Experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau) and communication platforms
