Responsibilities

-Manage demand and supply planning activities
-Validate forecast and keep finished-product forecasts accurate and up to date
-Improve forecast reliability
-Propose and track product allocations
-Lead the S&OP process and deliver recommendations for assigned product categories
-Support product lifecycle decisions
-Create work orders based on forecast priorities and planning requirements
-Manage excess stock proactively and provide solutions for potential shortages

Qualifications

-3+ years of experience in demand / supply planning, logistics, or relevant experience
-Bachelor’s Degree
-Experience with S&OP and mid-term planning processes is a plus!
-Business-level Japanese
-Business-level English
-Ability to identify problems, collect data, develop solutions, and implement controls.
-Strong presentation skills for summarizing and communicating data insights.
