Responsibilities

-Lead planning to ensure supply continuity
-Maintain inventory levels in accordance with safety stock and working capital targets
-Ensure master data accuracy
-Coordinate planning and execution for production trials and new or modified products
-Provide planning inputs and recommendations to Operations to support stable
-Drive cost optimization, efficiency improvements, and planning performance initiatives
-Support the design and implementation of planning tools, systems, and logistics processes

Qualifications

-2+ years of experience in planning, supply chain, or relevant experience
-Bachelor’s degree is a plus!
-Business-level Japanese
-Business-level English
-Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent organizational ability
-Experience with SAP is a plus!
