Responsibilities

Reporting to the Planning Manager
– Manage inventory levels
– Monitor and adjust planning settings to maintain target stock levels and service performance
– Create and manage replenishment orders
– Review inventory data and decide which open orders should be prioritized or delayed
– Lead regular meetings with internal teams to align supply with demand
– Prepare and maintain inventory and replenishment plans with local and overseas teams
– Communicate with regional teams about order status, delivery schedule changes, and product launches or discontinuations

Qualifications

– 3+ years of planning experience or inventory management experience
– Bachelor’s degree
– Native Japanese
– Business Level English
– Strong communication skills and ability to follow up on open issues
– Experience with using Excel, etc.
