Responsibilities

-Supply planning oversight: Manage medium-term planning activities to ensure alignment between demand and operational capacity.
-Production coordination: Oversee scheduling and execution to support smooth and efficient manufacturing operations.
-Operational problem-solving: Monitor material flow and address any supply or production issues in a timely manner.
-Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective communication across operations.
-Inventory management: Support healthy inventory levels and respond to changes in demand or supply conditions.
-Process and data management: Maintain accurate planning data and support the use of systems and tools for effective decision-making.
-Performance monitoring: Track key operational metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
-Team leadership: Support and develop team members while promoting a collaborative and continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications

-5+ years experience in operations, planning, or manufacturing is a plus!
-Bachelor’s Degree
-Business-level Japanese
-Business-level English
-Technical skills: Comfortable using business systems and working with data to support decisions.
-Collaboration: Strong ability to work with different teams and build effective working relationships.
-Problem-solving: Able to assess situations, identify risks, and contribute to practical solutions.
-Communication: Clear and professional communication skills in a business environment; multilingual ability is a plus.
